Cozumel´s Casa Bohemia

Casa Bohemia is a cozy townhome located only 2 blocks from the oceanfront in the Corpus Christi neighborhood of Cozumel. This bright and airy home is newly refurbished and decorated, with more items added everyday! We are proud to offer this home to guests to enjoy the beautiful island and this wonderful neighborhood, where you can walk to the oceanfront, restaurants, shops, gym and grocery stores.

Casa Bohemia can be your home for up to 6 guests and 2 children, using the downstairs double trundle. This house is perfect for any occasion, Iron Man, Ocean Man, winter getaway or summer holiday. The comfort, decor and location are perfect for couples, friends or family to have a memorable Cozumel experience !

Guests have access to all of the property, which includes a small patio and 2 car parking spots  in front.

Casa Bohemia is fully air conditioned, with a mini-split in each room. Electricity on the island is very expensive and we like to help you reduce your carbon imprint, so please turn on only in rooms you are using and only while in the home. It only takes a few minutes to cool off each room.

The neighborhood is one of Cozumel´s nicest, Corpus Christi, with easy access to taxi´s, rental cars, mopeds, grocery stores, restaurants, gym, movies and is only 2 blocks to the ocean front. There are several parks within 2 blocks walk, Corpus Christi park and Andres Quintana Roo Park.

Walking is very easy at Casa Bohemia, you are within blocks of everything. Renting a car for a day allows you to visit the other side of the island, the Mayan ruins, Punta Sur park or other further sites.

There is a lockbox for the keys to the gate and the front door.  I am available via text/messages/phone for any questions during your stay.
